Due to the nature of our digital products and services, there is no scope of physical returns of any solutions. However, if the customer wants to stop using our service, s/must contact Dhrubosoft within 30 days and we shall amicably resolve the matter. If not contacted withing 30 days, we shall consider acceptance from the customers.

2. Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria outlined below, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days using one of the following methods:

• Software credit
• Mobile financial services (MFS)
